When purchasing via Apple App Store

If payment via Apple App Store or Google Play Store fails, it is likely due to a temporary error on the store’s end. Please cancel and retry the payment process.

Ad reward not credited

Ad reward issues need to be addressed by the ad management provider (Offerwall). Please contact the provider directly via the methods below:
